Deaf-Blind Census

The annual census information for children aged birth to 21 who are deaf-blind is collected by Teaching Research in cooperation with the State and Multi-State Deaf-Blind Projects. Includes annual child count data and census forms and packets.

Deaf-Blind Registry

The Helen Keller National Center Registry of Persons Who are Deaf-Blind is designed to collect basic information about persons with deaf-blindness in the United States. The site offers a registry form and an explanatory FAQ.
