Family-to-Family Communities phase 3
The Family-to-Family Communities (F2FC) project, a collaboration of the National Family Association for Deaf-Blind (NFADB), the National Center on Deaf-Blindness (NCDB), and State Deaf-Blind Projects, offers a unique way for families to connect, share information and resources, offer support to one another, and just talk to someone who “gets it.” Small groups of families, guided by two trained F2FC Facilitators, come together monthly via conference call to discuss topics of interest and build relationships with one another.
We are currently wrapping up phase two and opening registration for phase three, which will begin in September 2017. You can find the F2FC project flyer here. https://nationaldb.org/materials/page/2953/10
It has the link to the registration form. Please feel free to add your state’s contact information and please share with families in your state.
Also, if you are interested in becoming a F2FC Facilitator (or know someone who is) please contact me for more information.
