Primary Etiologies of Deaf-Blindness--Frequency
This links you to a listing of the primary etiologies of deaf-blindness based on the 2014 child count.

Risk Factors for Combined Vision and Hearing Loss
This is a one-page list of etiologies of deaf-blindness from NCDB intended to increase awareness of the common risk factors for hearing loss and combined hearing and vision loss.
