NCDB Webinar Series: EI&R Improvement Process

This webinar series from the National Center on Deaf-Blindness is intended to familiarize state deaf-blind projects with the Early Identification & Referral Improvement Process.  The process involves using the Self-Assessment Guide to determine where effort should be focused and then targeting one of the four systems (Part C, the medical system, EDHI, or community programs) in order to improve the identification of children birth through two who are deaf-blind.  Each webinar covers a different aspect of the process.  State projects who have already gone through the process share what they learned, the approaches taken within systems, and the results from their outreach or partnership efforts.  The webinars were held October 2015–February 2016; recordings are available below.
