I am the mother of a Deaf adult son, and as such, have been involved in the field of Deaf education for 32 years. I obtained my first educational interpreter certification in 1988. I have served on local and statewide advisory committees in both California and Kentucky to improve the educational services for Deaf /Hard of Hearing and DeafBlind students. I provide sign language instruction, in-service presentations, educational consultations and technical assistance nationwide. I am the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf Region III Representative for the DeafBlind Member Section, serving the states of Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio.

I live in Louisville, Kentucky with my husband, Chris. In addition to my son, we have a daughter, son-in-law, and two wonderful grandchildren., a boxer, and three Bengal cats. Life is good! <3
