I have worked at the University of Montana's Rural Institute, which is the University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, or UCEDD, in Montana, since 1996. I serve as the Project Director for the state Deaf-Blind Project as well as various projects concerned with employment and transition from school to work for students with a significant impact of disability. I also serve as a consultant for Marc Gold and Associates providing training and technical assistance around Customized Employment. I am currently working as a consultant to NCDB in the area of Transition to Employment and Community Life for students with Deaf-Blindness and Intellectual Disabilities.
