The first module of an important new series for educators will provide practical, need-to-know information essential for working with children who are deaf-blind. “The Impact of Deafblindness on Learning and Development,” the first in the NCDB series “Teaching Children Who Are Deafblind: Professional Development for Educators,” can be accessed free online and incorporated into a variety of PD platforms.
